Power 1000 kW - 12000 kW
The power range of the KPR system ranges from 1MW to 12MW, and the water parameters can go from 90 to 135 C.
Energetic efficiency
KPR are boilers with a hydraulically actuated stepped grate and an adiabatic counter-directional furnace. This construction enables extremely high combustion efficiency, with very low exhaust gas parameters.
Great robustness
The main feature of KPR type plants is the high robustness that allows them to work with extremely low quality fuels:
-Complete range of very low quality wood waste, bark, branches, rotten wood, waste wood from the production of parquet, pallets, furniture, etc.

KPR
Boilers with hydraulically driven stepped grate
- Water up to 90 ° C
- Water up to 160 ° C
- Steam from 0.5bar - 10bar
-Possibility of burning extremely poor quality fuel (W70 G120)
-The firebox belongs to the group of "counter-current" fireboxes
-Step hydraulically driven, three-part grille
-Extremely robust grille construction
- Lattices made of refractory steel cast iron ČL 4271
-3 zones of primary air introduction, 3 zones of secondary air, 2 zones of introduction of flue gas recirculation
-Secondary part of the furnace
-Hydraulic - stock dosing of fuel into the furnace
-Complete ash removal system from the furnace and heat exchanger
Pellets
Sawdust
Chopper
Talashik
Peritoneum
Bark
Rotten wood
Waste wood
Great robustness
The main feature of KPR type plants is the high robustness that allows them to work with extremely low quality fuels:
complete range of very low quality wood waste, bark, branches, rotten wood, waste wood from the production of parquet, pallets, furniture, etc., all with a high percentage of moisture - over 60%, and a high percentage of ash and very different granulations - even up to dimensions trees or bark of 40cm long and 10cm wide. The price of such energy sources is drastically lower than classic wood chips, which gives these plants a significant economic advantage over competitors.
